Available exclusively to Business Class and VIP passengers departing internationally, this lounge offers comfortable seatings, charging stations, light refreshments, and a private toilet. The lounge is located after immigration control.
Travelers from eligible countries can obtain a Visa on Arrival (VOA) upon entering Indonesia through Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. The VOA is valid for 30 days and can be extended once for an additional 30 days. The fee for the VOA is IDR 500,000.
Eligibility Requirements:
For a list of eligible countries and to apply for the VOA, please visit the official Indonesian immigration website.
Priority lanes are available in the arrival immigration hall for Business Class and VIP passengers, as well as pregnant women, families with young children or strollers, and seniors or travelers with physical disabilities.
These lanes are designed to make the arrival process smoother for those who may need additional time or support.
Tip: If eligible, we recommend using the Immigration Auto Lane to further expedite your clearance process.
Available in both the arrival and departure halls, the immigration auto lane offers a faster and more seamless experience for eligible travelers.
ASEAN passport holders aged 6 and above can use the auto lane after pre-registering at evisa.imigrasi.go.id. Once registered, access is valid for the entire duration of the passport.
Note: Indonesian citizens do not need to register and may use the auto lane immediately.
Horizon Fast Ferry, Puteri Anggreini Ferry, and Dolphin Fast Ferry offer an e-boarding pass feature for international departures — a QR code that passengers scan at the Auto-Gate outside the waiting area to proceed to the boarding platform.
The e-boarding pass may be printed or scanned directly from your phone, depending on how it is issued by the ferry operator.
Money changers are located just outside the arrival hall, providing convenient currency exchange services for arriving passengers.
ATMs are available on both sides of the Menara Aria entrance, allowing travelers to withdraw Indonesian Rupiah using major international cards.
Portable WiFi devices are available for rent at Horizon Fast Ferry’s ticket counter, located on the 2nd floor of Bay Front Mall.
You can reserve a device in advance through their official website, or walk in on the day — subject to availability.
Free WiFi is available throughout Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal, allowing passengers to stay connected while waiting for departure or after arrival. Simply connect to the designated network and follow the on-screen instructions to access the internet.
Toilets and dedicated prayer rooms for men and women are available at Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal and the adjoining Bay Front Mall.
